Shipping Fees

  • Canada: Free shipping on qualifying orders, or calculated based on weight and region at checkout

❌ No P.O. Boxes

We do not support shipping to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address to ensure proper delivery.

Order Cancellation & Address Changes

  1. To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase
  2. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the shipping address

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can track your shipment through the provided link.

 Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or warehouse arrangements. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each package.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days and provide the following:

  • Order ID
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A photo of the SKU code on the package
  • A clear photo of the item(s) received
