Warranty Policy

Inorising provides a 1-year limited warranty for all products purchased from our official website (www.inorising.com).

Who’s covered:
This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What’s covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
  • Solutions include refund, repair, or replacement (at our discretion)

What’s not covered:

  • Wear and tear parts (battery, cables, etc.)
  • Damage due to misuse, dropping, water exposure, or unauthorized repair
  • Battery failure caused by improper storage or high-temperature use

How to Claim Warranty:
Contact us at support@inorising.com with:

  • Order number
  • Problem description
  • Photos or video
  • Proof of purchase

Return & Refund Policy

Return Period:
Items purchased from inorising.com are eligible for return and full refund within 7 days of receipt.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Shipping Cost:

  • If due to product defect: Inorising covers return shipping
  • If due to personal reasons: Buyer is responsible for return shipping

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method
  • Partial refunds may apply if accessories are missing or the item is not in original condition

Unauthorized or Damaged Returns:

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
  • For non-quality returns, any transit damage is the buyer’s responsibility
