Warranty Policy
Inorising provides a 1-year limited warranty for all products purchased from our official website (www.inorising.com).
Who’s covered:
This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Solutions include refund, repair, or replacement (at our discretion)
What’s not covered:
- Wear and tear parts (battery, cables, etc.)
- Damage due to misuse, dropping, water exposure, or unauthorized repair
- Battery failure caused by improper storage or high-temperature use
How to Claim Warranty:
Contact us at support@inorising.com with:
- Order number
- Problem description
- Photos or video
- Proof of purchase
Return & Refund Policy
Return Period:
Items purchased from inorising.com are eligible for return and full refund within 7 days of receipt.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Shipping Cost:
- If due to product defect: Inorising covers return shipping
- If due to personal reasons: Buyer is responsible for return shipping
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Refunds go back to the original payment method
- Partial refunds may apply if accessories are missing or the item is not in original condition
Unauthorized or Damaged Returns:
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
- For non-quality returns, any transit damage is the buyer’s responsibility
